In addition, look for basic safety signs:

·       Clean area and organized workflow.

·       Staff wearing gloves, following hygiene practices.

·       New, sealed single‑use needles and blood bags opened in front of donors.

·       Proper sharps and medical waste disposal.

If you see obvious unsafe behaviour (reuse of needles, dirty environment, no testing mentioned), do not donate or accept blood there and consider reporting it.
