In a heartwarming display of community spirit, the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Regional Blood Donor Centre (RBDC) organized a blood donation camp at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) in Rawalpindi. Held on campus with full support from university authorities, the event drew a large crowd of eager students and faculty ready to roll up their sleeves for a noble cause.
Participants showed incredible enthusiasm, lining up steadily throughout the day to donate. Their generosity resulted in 72 precious units of blood collected—enough to potentially save numerous lives in hospitals across the region. This success highlights the power of volunteerism and humanity in action, especially among the younger generation.
NUML's management commended PRCS for its tireless dedication to bridging blood shortages and aiding patients nationwide, reinforcing the strong partnership between educational institutions and humanitarian organizations.
