Each contribution offered the gift of life to patients in need those fighting critical illnesses and those in urgent care. As Vice President of the Pakistan Thalassaemia Welfare Society, he championed countless initiatives to promote health awareness and mobilized communities to support patients across the country.
Dr. Kamal’s efforts reached far beyond his professional sphere. He inspired others by leading through example encouraging friends, family, and even strangers to join blood donation drives, often accompanying first-time donors himself. He regularly visited universities and colleges, spreading awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and empowering young people to embrace service as a lifelong value.
Just five days before his passing, Dr. Kamal visited our center, expressing his wish to donate a wheelchair for needy patients. Though his health prevented him from completing this final act, his intention captured the essence of his life one guided by kindness until the very end.
